“Located in Chinatown, Sleep Inn was a 9 minute walk to the Liberty Bell,, the Visitors Center and Independence Hall. It was also close to the market. i travelled by Greyhound which was a five minute walk away. The hotel itself was very welcoming and staff were super friendly and helpful, particularly good when you're travelling alone. I arrived early but was allowed to check in early and was upgraded into a super king room which was fabulous: amazingly comfortable bed with great sheets. The 11am checkout meant I had time to go back and visit Independence Hall and other sights before checkout. Breakfasts were simple but good and there was free coffee available 24/7. I will stay there again next time I'm in Philly for sure”

“Hi, I would like to speak with someone about not paying full price for this room. Initially I wanted to cancel the room but was unable to, that's fine but when we got there the elevator didn't work, or they told us they were having issues with it and there was a sign on it that said use at your own risk, we've been experiencing issues etc etc. We didn't want to risk it so we would take the stairs. our room was on the top floor so we had to bring our luggage up and down six flights as well as any trip outside we had to walk up and down 6 flights. it was a huge inconvenience. Also, parking was an additional 25.”
