“We were traveling on Motorcycles and the staff allowed us to park the bikes in a safe place. When checking in the staff gave us information on a storm coming in that allowed us to prepare better for departure in the morning.”
“I am handicapped, personally went to hotel 3 days prior to check in to reserve ground floor room due to hurricane coming and electric would be off and elevator would not work.. Lady at hotel assured me I would have ground floor, even told me room number but when I checked in 3 days later I was put on third floor and power did go off and was off my entire stay. It was very difficult to walk down stairs from third floor. When I checked out person did bring my luggage down. Will not stay in your hotels again after this difficult treatment.”
