“The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The outdoor firepit with chairs”
“Owner really helpful/friendly on arrival. So quiet there - beautiful view of Camelback Mountain, gardens and pool (though small) really beautifully kept, rooms/bungalows are absolutely lovely and spacious, luxurious and yet homely and beds very comfortable. Local supermarket very upmarket and nice to visit and be among nice people in a really classy area. Love Paradise Valley/Scottsdale so would definitely stay here again.”
“It was a Charming Place decorated in a very unique eclectic Style not anything like a standard hotel room. It was low-key laid back very interesting grounds.”
“Actual rooms and grounds were very nice, staff is very friendly and accommodating. External view of hotel from street is not indicative of the rooms and grounds. Resort dining area has been closed and lacks aesthetic features and needs repair and update.”
“The beds were great; we couldn't find the ice machine. The Resort could be beautiful with a little attention to the landscape, i.e, pruning the trees, attending the paths, etc.”
“I liked that I could come out of my room and sit on the patio near the grass and have my coffee every morning or go for an early dip in the pool that was quiet or in the Afternoonnoon I enjoyed just sitting around the pool it was very quiet and lovely the grounds are very well kept. The hotel itself is extremely old but very very well-kept we had an issue with their bed and they solved it the staff is extremely helpful and very nice. We stayed for only three nights here but I thinking of coming back for a month . Could be a little get away every year.”
“Mature landscaping, old Scottsdale resort ambience.”
“It was so good and I dont want anyone else to know about this "Olde Scottsdale" hotel that is just too perfect for words. Not a luxury place with elevators and big staff but a cozy place to feel and watch the palm trees sway, to sit on your front or back patio and just decompress. Location is central and outside amenities just steps away.”
“The room was just perfect from a size standpoint. I took my Grandson out for a little stay-cation and he loved it. The property was so serene, relaxing and quite. I also enjoyed some of the very colorful birds and the huge carp in the pond”
“Very quiet very comfortable very nice and very clean”
