“This is probably the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was very comfortable. It was helpful to have European customer relations staff as their English was much better and they were very diligent (they also spoke other languages such as Russian and French).”

Room is spacious, comfy and clean. No stench but occasionally guests in other rooms smoke n there will be cigarette smell lingering in the air.”
