“Unfortunately I didn't stay at Sofitel as I planed, they move my reservation to Park Hotel (after a issue with the Sofitel). The location was amazing, the room was ok but the service at Park Hotel was horrible... They didn't have a proper service room, I called the reception about 7 times and took 30min to someone answer!!! I'm so upset that I couldn't enjoy the Sofitel as I planned.”
“As Sofitel had a fire and could not put us up, they organised another motel for us. Excellent service on their behalf and very appreciated considering there was no accommodation available due to concerts etc. We even had a apology/welcome note from them in our room along with a bottle of wine n chocolates.”
