“Free airport shuttle, nice breakfast and spacious hotel room. Every staffs that we interacted were friendly and accommodating. Since this was first time to visit Cuzco, it's nice to stay in the hotel within walking distance of city center (Plaza de Armas) and places to eat. Cocoa tea are available in the lobby to help with our altitude sickness..”

“Even though our flight was delayed, the airport shuttle waited for us, which was a comfortable minibus. While we were waiting at reception, we were offered a welcome tea. The staff at the reception was really helpful and we were offered a free upgrade to a better room, which was a very nice touch. The bed was very comfortable,the bathroom was modern and had a really nice design. I really liked the little 'bench' with pillows under our window! Location is close to the city centre, though the high altitude did make us breathless after walking for 15 minutes! As we were going off to Aguas Calientes/Machu Picchu and you can't take your luggage with you on the train, they offered free luggage storage for a couple of days, which was amazing. They also organized a really nice driver to take us to Ollantaytambo to the train station, then to pick us up 2 days later. Amazing customer service, we enjoyed our stay very much.”
“The staff was extra nice upon arrival, even though we just returned from a four day hike and didn't look our best. We retired to a long soak and room service cheeseburgers. Everyone with whom we came into contact was kind, respectful and helpful. I certainly felt welcome and would like to return to this hotel in the wonderful city of Cusco.”

“This was our second stay here, again only for one night on way back from Ollantaytambo, excellent reception staff clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent restaurant for diner, as we had to leave very early for our flight had a very quick light breakfast at 0500hrs, however there was a good breakfast selection which we did not have time to stay and eat. There was no hotel transport at this time of morning.”
