“This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in. Very Anti British, catered for Italians only. We changed our room three times, First one was not in the grounds but across the road and the decor was dreadful, the second room was as bad, we were told this was the only room available and we could move in six days, as some of the guests would be leaving and then we could change. The air conditioning was leaking all over the floor and making a dreadful noise. We eventually moved and this was supposed to be one of the best rooms in the hotel, yet again dreadful room. This hotel in our opinion is not a 4 **** grade and I would suggest that Booking.com review this hotel for their site.”
