“Amaris Smith, the evening receptionist (who checked us in) was so incredible thoughtful, patient and accommodating towards the needs of my elderly mom who was traveling with me. She sought to thoroughly make sure our room was handicapped equipped for my mom to comfortable shower without possible injury to her and enabled my mom to feel respected and enabled while staying. Amaris embodies how all receptionists as well as prominent hotels should be regarding their employees making every effort to make their clients stay meaningful and worthy of revisits. I hope to return soon with my husband. She was definitely a "jewel" of a find for the Springhill Suites by Marriot New Bern, NC. The breakfast was appealing and ample.
