“The bed was extremely comfy. The staff were incredible and met all of our requests. A standing fan was sent to our room to provide "white noise" while we slept. A standing lamp was sent to the room to allow reading on the sofa after dark. Ana Maria, one of our servers in the bar, provided excellent service and was simply fun to be with. It was great to see Juan, the concierge, whom we had met five years ago in 2012.”

“The location of the hotel is unique, being at a walk distance from the Parliament and Westminster's landmark buildings; the street of the hotel is quite and the hotel is just three minutes away from St James's park tube station. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, the facades are currently being cleant too. It is a charming hotel with historical interest (it was used by members of the Parliament, spies, etc. and some remainings are still there, like the division bell used to call MP to the Parliament to vote... Our room was very nice and clean, the bed was excellent. The bathroom is not big but sufficient. Free water bottles and tea/coffee too, which was a nice plus. Staff was very polite, dedicated and helpful.”
