“The bed was really comfortable and the room and ensuite was a really good size. It was great having a balcony which looked over Norwich and the clock. We did not eat at the hotel so I am unable to comment on the quality of the food, but the menu looked really good. The water was lovely and hot. It was the perfect location, not too far to walk anywhere in the city. The only comment I would make is the furniture in the room did not all match. The bed, side tables and dresser all matched, but the tall boy unit was pine and the wardrobe was a dark wood. It would have been nice if they had of all matched. Other than that it was perfect and would definitely recommend to others”
