“Great hotel but restaurant service was poor, waited 15 min for a drink and 45 min for starters which then were cold. Main courses were superb. Desert very small but good. Partner gluten free, advised in advance but mistakes made at dinner and again at breakfast. No apologies offered although charming staff they are poorly trained and organised. I would expect better from a fine dining establishment as advertised. An amazing location for a wedding though as long as they get the service right!”
“Loverly place and food great , staff loverly but The place could do with a good clean ! We had to get fan cleaned in room as dust was falling of witch they done straight away but carpets were very dirty and stained everywhere and even bar was dirty ! Shame as everything else was top notch”
