“We were surprised how excellent the accommodations were. The staff did everything we asked them to do. They gave us an early wake up call, provided us with a boxed breakfast because of our early flight. Called a taxi. It arrived in 5 minutes even though it was 5 a.m.”

“Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Spacious, clean rooms. My adult children used the conveniently located bus stop to head downtown for some sightseeing before dinner. We had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is only a short distance from the Florence airport, which made our trip to the airport in the morning a breeze. We also appreciated the included breakfast which opened at 6:30. Would definitely stay here again before going to the airport.”
“Everything was excellent. The hotel is quite a commodity, is located a few bus stations away (the bus station is just near the hotel) from all the visiting area which is ok for the noise and agitation. Perfect breakfast. There was a problem though with their policy of withdrawing money before we arrived there, although it was clearly specified that we will pay at the property (we wanted to pay cash). It is the first time we have this issue. Nevertheless, highly recommended.”
