“Check-out was a nightmare. The hotel did not wont to honor my room rate thru Booking.com. upon check out they charged me double the rate that was on my conformation sheet. It took me over an hour to check out. I was at the check out desk arguing back & forth with the desk clerk. He had me standing there while he double & triple checked my rate. I had my printed conformation sheet with me from. His behavior was unnecessary, uncalled for, rude and insulting. That hotel need to train their employees on proper etiquette, how to be professional, and most important how to treat their customers. Customer service was violated, my rights as a customer was violated & abused,.”
