“The location is great and the hotel is close to all downtown shopping areas. The staff are friendly and cooperative. The breakfast is very good and contains a very good variety of food although it didn't change during our 4-night stay. We reserved a classic room in a non-smoking area. It came up to be on the side of the hotel on the 5th floor; second row from the sea. The view from the room was still breathtaking although this is not a sea-view room as per the hotel's definition. We had a great sea view and the Qaitbay citadel can be seen easily. We requested a large bed instead of the default twin beds. The bed was very comfortable and you can easily sleep well in it. ”
