“Location is central. A 5 minute walk to the Römerberg and the Christmas markets. Just a little further to The River. It is a very luxurious hotel even in the basic 'Superior' rooms. The beds are huge and unbelievably comfortable. Only drawback is that unless you're wealthy you wont be able to eat there or use the none-free facilities . . . but if you can afford to pay 50 Euro's for a shave I guess you don't usually ask the price of things. It's still worth the room charge to experience how the other half live for a few nights.”

“the hotel is a very nice hotel, the location is great, also there is a parking near by and you can use their staff to take and bring your car - and the one thing you will never forget is Mr George a British guy with round glasses who gives this hotel his personal funny touch :) beside him it will just one more fancy hotel :) also the spa is great and beautiful (see pics)”
“Nice hotel but very dated. Rooms functional rather than impressive. Staff, however, very attentive, particularly Marc in the bar.... Personal view is over-priced by c.50% The One Star Michelin restaurant was SPECTACULARLY disappointing. One definitely to avoid....”
