“I would recommend staying at this hotel. But don't pay extra for the breakfast, its very overpriced for what you get , especially considering this is Egypt. You can eat dinner at the Hilton for less. If you order al la cart for breakfast the price is reasonable. However, room service for dinner it's super cheap by American standards! Would highly recommend especially if you were coming in rather late. 5 to 10 minute walk to the other hotels in the area most decent (walkable) restaurants are found in the other hotels. Most restaurants stay open until 11PM or 12AM even during the week. Beautiful pool area, very courteous staff and gorgeous lobby. Close to the main train station no more than 10 minutes in a taxi or Uber and that is with heavy traffic”
“The Steigenberger Hotel is the hotel that you can say it's just right choice .First the location is very central and across the street from the museum and 7 minutes walk to the Nile river and you can find everything next to it. Second Friendly staff that they were always very helpful and always trying to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. thirdly the rooms were decent size, new and clean. also the breakfast was rich and healthy. I would like to thank the wonderful reception staff Mustafa and Moataz for being very helpful also sherif ,Noura and Mohamad at breakfast and finally Moukhtar the doorman.”
