We loved the feel of the old building - a gorgeous garden, lovely games room, cosy lounge room and extensive dining room. The food was outstanding and the service was warm and friendly. We left our booking for the Bank Holiday until the last minute, so we were only able to get the last remaining standard double room. Even though we were told it was one of their smallest, it was still lovely and comfortable with all the amenities you would expect of a hotel of this standard.”
