“Literally on the beach, our room with sea view benefitted from a beautiful sunrise and sun on the terrace in front of the large room type “maisonette” meaning bedroom plus separate living room for a reasonable price. Nice large bathroom. Very large flat screen TV of good quality in the sitting room (not in the bedroom), the couch in front of the TV is not comfortable…unfortunately. Good breakfast, good wi-fi, friendly service. Lesser points are the isolated location, outside the high season impossible to find a restaurant nearby or to have anything else but simple snacks at the hotel itself, and paying €4.95 per day for the parking at the hotel’s parking lot.”

“Staff - Hotel Facilities - Hotel Self Apartments - Food 10 / 10 --- is not enough for the Strand Hotel it is so good. One thing I would say, as a reminder for anyone that is checking in late in the evening, then stop and have a meal before hand along your travel. Once the evening meal is finished its not easy to get anything to eat after the fact. :-) However the Strand Hotel needs a 10 star rating. Just Wonderful”
