“The hotel is very new, clean and in perfect condition. Only thing that irritated us was the location, which is quite far from tourist attractions. Breakfast was served in our room, nicely out together but this service forced us to wake up at specific time. We had everything we wanted in our room, including a washing machine and kitchen utensils. Overall hotel facility is excellent.”

“The hotel is located just in front of the Toji temple, a Unesco World Heritage site, 5 minutes walk from JR Toji train station and 15 minutes walk from Kyoto station. The building is very nice, with an open hall featuring a small zen like garden. The room was very comfortable, clean and well furnished in modern Japanese style. The staff is gentle, friendly and provides useful hints and suggestion for moving around, as well as for shopping and out-of-the-crowd restaurants.”
“Large comfortable accommodation. Feels like a traditional Japanese (rice paper walls), but with tons of comforts - kitchen area, washing machine, huge shower, very good air conditioner. They deliver breakfast to your room in the morning. I liked the location near Toji temple. We enjoyed long walks around the city from this starting point. The staff was very kind and helpful.”
