“Anne Kathryn at the front desk was very helpful and always smiling. She makes us feel welcome. We are a family of four traveling with two kids so we had two connecting rooms on the south side facing the Matterhorn. The rooms were filled with sunlight and we had a nice picnic on the veranda! At night, the river sounds were serenading us to sleep! The breakfast buffet has a good selection of food. Lisa who is the person in charge of the breakfast area is very attentive and makes everyone feel at home. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Pool has an innovative design and everyone seems to be having a blast there! Pool has a shower and changing area. Even has hair dryer. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zermatt. Location is walking distance to the gornagrat barn and the main station and to the town. The supermarket Coop is also within walking distance. We will definitely return!!!!!!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!”

“Very helpful and friendly staff. Good view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Near to train station and buggy pick up can be arranged if wanted. Very close to all the town centre. Easy walking distance to everywhere. Shower and basin is in the room which wasn't a problem but made the room feel small. There is a separate toilet behind a door!!”
