“We were preparing to check out on Sunday, but another client was having a medical emergency. The desk staff came out to personally assist with the emergency. She remained calm and was very good about requesting other staff and by-standers to provide some assistance since she was staying with the patient/family. The whole house-keeping staff came to the rescue to assist with the problem. I know their actions and concerns were very comforting to the family. So, I want to send a special kudos to the staff on duty Sunday, June 11th. They were fantastic! In addition, since 8 of my family stayed there, we used the lobby as a gathering spot. I'm sure we were disruptive to the staff due to our rowdy conversations when staff was talking on the phone or when checking in other guests. They took us all in stride, however.”

“Surprisingly, when I pulled up they had a reserved parking spot up near the front door "Veteran Reserves Parking". How amazing is that to support the troops this way! Having served nearly 24 years in the military I have never seen this before. I would give Super 8 15 stars just for that. Amazing! Thank you Super 8 for recognizing my service like that!”
