“I chose hotels based on the cleanliness and the quality of the mattress. The bed was very comfortable which is very important to me because I have back problems. I slept in all day and I didn't have a sore back!! The hotel is close to IAH Bush International airport but not too close (within 10 minutes). It was very quiet in the area and the hotel was very well kept by the staff. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel and I would most definitely stay again if I am ever in Houston, TX again.”

“Hubo tormenta y perdí mi vuelo de conección, todo Houston estaba lleno. Llegue 3:00am agitada y en la recepción Margarita muy amable y sonriente, al día siguiente personal de limpieza muy amables y Margarita q seguía ahí muy amable. A la salida ya estaba otra persona en recepción y bastante seco en su trato. Era otro hotel el de la noche y el de la mañana. Como influye el servicio!!! En los baños no había body lotion y las toallas no en buen estado. La habitación necesita ventilación para q no huela a encerrado. Tomé la opción por ser la única q había y no estuvo mal pero no volvería”
