“Everything was better than I expected. The room was clean, refurbished and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was small but clean. The towels and sheets were also all clean. The floors were new "faux" wood and no carpet which I prefer. If you stay, ask for a 2nd floor room so you don't hear anyone walking above you. There are no elevators so keep that in mind. The Wegman's is literally right next door and Cornell is a 5 minute drive. Restaurants nearby include Panera, Thai Express, Ithaca Bakery and more. Breakfast was also included. I ended up only getting coffee because we had already planned on going to Panera one morning and the next morning were heading out. The coffee was hot and delicious. There were waffles, cereal, yogurt, danishes, etc. Plenty to get you going. I highly recommend staying here for the location, comfort and cleanliness. Great deal!”
