“Staff were extremely helpful, and generous! Our group misread the checkout time because we had gotten back late from a Christian concert, so my brother called the front desk to see if we were able to get a tiny bit of time to try and hurry and leave and not only did they allow it but they gave an hour and a half just to make sure we had all of our bags and enough time to shower and get ready! Beyond exceptional service from everybody and by far the best front desk crew (both night shift and day shift) I’ve personally dealt with!”
