“location, staff and service. Room decor in (Sura Design) and a garden in Sura Hagia Sophia. Two separate hotels that share the facilities. Sura Hagia is much busier, so note for breakfast.. Complimentary Turkish tea/coffee in Restaurant of Sura Design!!!”
“The location WA excellent and close to the historic area. Walked everywhere. The staff was super friendly and make me feel at home. Recommendations by them were spot onThe breakfast room had a direct view of the blue mosque. Opposite the hotel (hagia sura) , the spa was super good.”
“Very, very friendly staff, everyone from the team in the restaurant, to the concierge, to the reception was friendly, helpful and chatty. The team makes effort to ensure visitors are happy and are enjoying the hotel and Istanbul. Location - you can't beat it especially if you have only a couple of days to stay in amazing Istanbul! The views from the restaurant and roof-top terrace are just sweeping! Interior - very elegant and opulent but comfy and welcoming (although if it's the 'Ottoman opulence' you're after, the Silver Floor might not cut it). Great breakfast (again, with those views!) - good choice, excellent quality, perfect way to sample Turkish cuisine. :)”

“Exceptional service from the moment we arrived. Mehmet and Ilham made every effort to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable by learning our names, preferences and guiding us with help when needed. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Housekeeping and room service are excellent. The complimentary ammenitiew such as breakfast and teatime are absolutely exceptional with variety, views and excellent table service. Cagin at N terrace does her job exceptionally well and service at breakfast every morning was truly unforgetable. We cannot wait to visit again.”
“Our room was great, it had a very fancy bath tub in the room! Location is right in the middle of Old City Istanbul. The bed was very comfy and the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast on the roof was great.”

“Stuffed in the middle of a busy street with a lot of restaurants and local shops selling carpets jewellery and handmade items.. there's a tiny grocery store at the end of the street too. It is right in front of Sura Hagia Sophia hotel, both hotels entrances are facing one another with a narrow street lined with cobble stones. The hotel is nice.. front desk are helpful and friendly. Room was nice too. The bed was okay. The bathroom needs new floor tiles, other than that everything was great.”
