This will be taken from the card used to secure the booking. A cancellation period of 1 month prior to arrival will apply, any cancellations after this time will be charged the full cost of the booking for every room cancelled. Group bookings will be sent a separate contract and room list to fill out via email before arrival. A GBP 50 damages deposit will be requested from each person upon check in.<p>This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise.</p>
