“Perfect location; train station to Zermatt is just the other side of the road. Free parking is an extra bonus! Good insulation, no noise from the road. Newly refurbished stylish room. Nice lighting in room but bathroom would benefit from extra lighting above bathtub. Housekeeping staff was quick responding to our blocked sink problem. The downstairs wellness centre looked good. Good sauna and steam cabin and gim seemed well equipped but hot tub wasn't hot at all!”

“We liked everything about the property. Big room for three with a view of the mountains. Fairly big bathroom, very clean, tea coffee in room. Very good breakfast with hot and cold food, wide selection. Italian restaurant on-site served good reasonably priced food. Free on-site parking and railway station opposite makes it very conveniently located to go to Zermatt for onward transfer to Gronergrat to see the Matterhorn.”

The room is comfortable, there is even a small stove, a refrigerator and kitchen utensils, so if you are planning to have a longer stay, where you would be preparing your food, this hotel is the right choice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.”
