“Hotel looks beautiful by all means. Wonderful location right on the lake shore surrounded by picturesque mountains. Interiors are quite fancy even though everything’s slightly outdated and some cosmetic renovation would be good. Very cute wellness center with jacuzzi, indoor pool, sauna and steam bath. A guy from wellness center (sorry for not remembering the name) was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Selection of food wasn’t huge but all the products were of good quality and taste. Complimentary transfer to/from railway station. Complimentary shuttle bus to/from Lugano city center. ”

“Lovely place. Great location but out of the town so you had no option but to eat there. Very expensive, especially for South Africans. A glass of wine costs more than the average outfit you can buy in town. You don't get a true reflection of the room from the photo and description. I have never stayed in such a small room in my life.”
