“The staff are friendly and always helpful. There are various activities to occupy all ages in the vicinity. The outdoor and indoor pool is commendable. Beautiful scenery of the mountain and love the snow view. Quiet place and very clean. I will come back again.”

“Location was convenient for us to visit friends. Lucerne is 40 mins drive away, so also convenient to visit this beautiful town. Swimming pool area is very much family-children focused. Sauna and steam rooms are good, although we were not prepared for all the naked bodies, which apparently is normal -- not in the UK! All the staff were very efficient, friendly and looked after us, tolerating our lack of language skills/German with a smile. Breakfast outside with the mountains and Swiss countryside as a backdrop was wonderful.”
