“We have been to the Toorak many times and we can honestly say the reason we do return is because the rooms are always lovely and clean. The food is top class and all the staff are excellent. We will certainly be returning again. Also, the entertainment is lovely. We would,like to give Rhea a special mention, she had to step in at the last minute, what a lovely young girl with a fantastic voice.”

“Starter breakfast was good..the cooked, self service..plates not hot, no trays tea/coffee/toast area bit messy & chaotic..all passable though..room a long way from reception & facilities. Lift so slow..ancient.door entry card never worked twice & had to go back to reception arr! Girl said have had it near a mobile..obviously not.. 1st time was when i arrived..hotel is linked up with 3 other hotels with lots of bars, restaurants, pools, bowling etc..lots of walking..only about 7mins from seafront..very good position..would visit again.”
