“The Staff were helpful and courteous, I didnt use the catering facilities and so cannot comment. There is a bias towards the Casino which it is part of, but this does not detract from the ambiance of the hotel as such. Very clean room and bathroom which was enormous and had a true walk-in shower, which having a minor disability, was a God-send.”

“The location of this hotel is excellent. It is next to the historical and cultural heart of Murcia. We booked this hotel as it was only 10 mins walk to the Teatro Circo as we were attending a concert there. After the concert we went to the Casino in the hotel which was open till 4am. We didn’t have breakfast and didn’t use the bar, so we can’t comment, but we would definitely recommend this hotel for location, cleanliness and the room was generous and modern.”
