“the room was freezing... even after turning the radiator on full! there was a gap in the window and a draught blowing in. there was a party in the hotel on the night with guests running up and down our corridor and knocking on all of the room doors. Receptionist didn't even welcome us on arrival we just got asked "name" when checking in! the only good thing about this hotel is the location.”
