- The hotel reception closes daily at 22:30. Guests are kindly asked to inform the front-desk either by phone or e-mail no later than 18:00 on the day of arrival, in order to receive instructions and a pin-code to use the self-check-in machine.<br><br>Please note that Taome Feng Shui Stadthotel Breisgau is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building, including the balconies and terrace.<br><br>Please note that this hotel only offers free high speed LAN (cable internet).<br><br>Guests are asked to inform the property should the guest bring any children.<br><br>For group reservations of 8 rooms or more, different cancellation and payment conditions apply:<br>The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival.<br>A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required up to 6 weeks before arrival.<br>Within 6 weeks of arrival, up to 2 days before arrival, a maximum of 3 rooms can be cancelled.<br>The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit-card.<br>In case of no-show, or cancellation outside of the cancellation period, the 30% deposit will not be returned.<p>Please inform Taome Feng Shui Stadthotel Breisgau in advance of your expected arrival time.
