“Great, helpful and very friendly staff, including manager Norbu. The hotel is very well located in the middle of Lhasa's old town. The room with city view had a lot of light and was spotless. The shower was hot and with a very good debit. The tibetan decoration was beautiful. Laundry was included in the room! Definitively the best place value/quality you can find in Lhasa. We also recommend its brother hotel in Shigatse, although it is a different style and more expensive, but it can be arranged with a good price from Lhasa. ”

“We had stayed there for 4 days. The staff is super nice and helpful. They helped us do the laundry when we got out. They also helped us carry our luggage to the main street. The hotel itself is not bad. It is beautifully furnished with Tibetan decoration. You can go to the rooftop to enjoy the nightview. You can also watch the sunset, sunrise and stars if the weather is good. There is a washing machine as well but you need to buy laundry detergent if you want to use it. We had been travelling for more than ten days without washing our clothes, so we were thrilled when we knew we could wash our clothes.”
