“Despite that the hotel is not classified with STARS, however they give you almost 5 stars like service, their room access system and room control is 5 stars like, clean , comfortable and adequate. The General Manager Ms. Hande was of a great help and support. Also Mr Mustafa the receptionist is a great communicator and helper.”

“First of all, it was easy to reach the hotel, 5 mins walk from Taksim square ( if you are coming from Taksim square towards Istiklal street, you should reach the second Bambi shoes store on left side which is on a corner, you go left then first right, walk few meters you reach the hotel). Second, all staff we helpful and friendly, especially Mustafa whom I would like to thank. He is always cheerful and ready to help. Although we arrived in the morning, the guy at the reception (unfortunately i don't know his name) allowed to check in early which was great and highly appreciated. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was extremely rich, we enjoyed it a lot. In general, we loved our stay in Taxim Lounge Hotel. I highly recommend it and I would definitely want to stay there on my next trip.”
