“Our concerns regarding our room were taken seriously and an immediate upgrade was offered - Had we booked this room I would have been sorely disappointed as the upgraded room was tired and dated and the bed (a four poster) squeaked with even the weight of my handbag thrown on to it! we did however appreciate their willingness to assist us and the fact that there was immediate action taken to rectify the issues raised with our original room allocation.”
