“the staffs tried to meet our accomodation, but they're underqualified to understand the standard for hospitality and service.”
“You don't have any options for breakfast, except if u order it first (mostly indonesian food are available). If u don't order before hand, they will serve you with rice and its vegetables or chicken, instead of milk, salami and boiled eggs. Everyday, they will serve different Indonesian menu. I have no complain, since all the breakfast menus they have made are delicious. The room is nice and quite large actually. The bed sheet smells good and the scenery from my room is not bad at all.”
