- Please note that the kitchen will be closed between 19 March and 24 March 2017. No meals will be available during this time.<br><br>Damages to the apartment must be paid in full by the booker. In the event of any breakages, damage, or extra cleaning required, the card provided will be charged. An email will alert the guest to this, along with a breakdown of the charges.<br><br>Any booking with 5+ rooms will be subject to different terms and conditions. They will be required to pay 50% deposit within 24 hours.<br><br>Late check out until 12:00 can be arranged for an additional fee of GBP 20.<br><br>Please note that the kitchen is closed from 19 March until 24 March 2018. No meals will be available during this time.

“Wasn't sure what to expect from a Wetherspoons hotel but was very pleasantly surprised. We booked a standard room & I was taken aback by how huge it was! The room was nicely decorated, very clean, bathroom was immaculate & had the best shower I've used in a long time (including my own!) If anyone worries about it being part of a pub then don't! Encountered no problems or noise from it. The staff were absolutely fantastic as well. Would definitely stay here again.”
