“LP player & café filtre machine in the rooms, great shower, comfortable bed, café/ bar, food, general atmosphere”
“The hitel was full of character and local art. We liked the fact thatvthere was a terrance and patio that we were able to hang out at without having to leave the hotel. The service was stellar!”
“Loved having a good stereo in the room. Reci d player and vinyl included”
“Great room, comfy bed, well curated decor, friendly attentive staff”
“I live in Toronto and stayed one night in a suite with my wife and grown daughters to celebrate my 70th birthday. Brand new. Great, busy rooftop bar. Located in Leslieville, a vibrant neighbourhood, just east of the downtown core which is a short commute by Uber or steetcar. Lots of good restos to choose from.”
“This is a new hotel in an old, renovated building. A lot of attention has gone into the detail, from the cozy bed to the blackout curtains, a quaint private terrace and turntable with hand-picked records to set whatever mood you desire. We were uograded to the corner suite of the sixth floor and it was very expansive and tastefully decorated. There's a trendy rooftop bar on the 7th floor open to the wee hours, yet our room was pretty much soundproof. Slept well and barely heard a peep. You will be charmed by the architecture and streetcars below. Highly recommend.”
“The design particularly touches like a record player in the room with a few records (although a few were just sleeves and no record and the selection wasn't great).”
“New (2017) hotel located in an historical building. Excellent beds and linens. They're going for trendy & hip with turntables and a small library of vinyl in the rooms. Very popular rooftop bar and restaurant so the lobby is filled with trend makers queueing for elevators on the weekends and evenings.”
“Lovely room, very comfortable and the staff were great.”
