“Alexandre, the hotel driver, greeted us at the car park and made transitioning to the hotel and the slope-side ski locker (really a small clubhouse with WC, private lockers and espresso machine) seamless. Rebekka in reception was welcoming and very helpful. Chef Eric is amazing. The food he prepared was 5 star quality. The owner, George, was on-site for the opening of the new spa. He was a terrific and gracious host. The general manager and deputy manager were very thoughtful and friendly. The new spa will knock your socks off. The modern stainless steel hot tub was perfect to soak away the slopes soreness. All in all, it is a terrific hotel with all high-end amenities. You must stay here if you want to ski in Saas-Fee and experience luxurious accommodations and dining.”

“We had a wonderful weekend's stay at The Capra. From arrival until departure we were offered a very high standard of personal & thoughtful service from the friendly staff. Every need & request dealt with. Elegant chalet lodge style hotel with comfortable bar area to relax, excellent breakfast room/ restaurant and wellness area. Well laid out & equipped family suite with 2 bathrooms & comfortable beds & free mini bar (excluding wine) & Nespresso coffee machine. High quality breakfast-eggs benedict particular highlight. Locanda restaurant offered varied high quality modern Italian food- fish dishes were excellent. Well equipped kids playroom in basement with table tennis Look forward to a future visit!”
