This is refundable upon check out, and usually takes between 3 - 5 days to clear.<br><br>Breakfast special offer of GBP 10.95 per person is only availble if booked in advance at the time of making your reservation, if taken whilst in house the rate of GBP 16.95 per person will be charged.

“Staff great on the check-in desk, really helpful. Nice getting a cheeky upgrade, but on the down side there was a phone in the hall right outside our door which kept ringing from early morning. Love the décor, the nespresso machine....fresh milk! And the free beers....nice touch!”

“The welcome by the reception was no good. We were asked to sit down as she had (the receptionist ) some paperwork to do. We had to tell her that we actually were paying guests of the hotel. I think she was in a great hurry to leave the hotel. 30 min later the night receptionist gave us great help as we needed medical attention to my wife. Outstanding assistance.”
