“Staff so helpful and friendly ,happy with everything was even advised there was a function on.As a retired hotelier and publican very impressed .Big problem was it was -1 outside and -3 inside bedroom and had requested etra heating and blankets as my wife has health problems but none done I did however go to reception where young man was helpful with small heater.But have had this problem before at the coachman which is sad as everything else was 1st class.”
