“The for poster bed was very impressive, the balcony attached to the room afforded a lovely view, the staff at check in were most professional and the resident cat added to the character of the place.”
“comfy room and bed, nice touch with water and other complimentary items for bathroom and teas.”
“We loved the hotel, we asked for a quiet room and we got a lovely quiet cozy double. The hotel is located in agree at area 2 minutes from the Warwick Avenue Tube. The bed was very comfortable and we'd no trouble sleeping or resting. Free wifi throughout the hotel. The hotel has a very quant old elevator which is great to see. We'd definitely recommend this hotel. Ps make sure you pay a visit to the resident cat!”
“Hotel was in a lovely location and the staff were very helpful and friendly.”
“Helpful staff. However, hotel needs updating. Beautiful old building-some would say shabby/chic. Unfortunately, mostly all shabby and no chic.”
“Very high quality hotel We had a deluxe room that was to a very high standard. There is an original lift in the building, that is a great feature but very difficult to use; especially with a puschair... it's actually quite dangerous :-( This is the type of lift that needs a permanent member of staff to man for safety reasons. The hotel should consider this where required - for older people and pushchairs perhaps.”
“The decor was a fabulous mixture of historical, traditional & modern. Beautiful modern chairs in an antique style in the restaurant/breakfast area. Also great location for Little Venice & Warwick Ave Underground.”
“Very nice boutique hotel. The decor was old style but worked well and was in keeping with the history of the hotel.”
“The location is great, the building is nice and there are nice restaurants and coffee bars around this area”
“Very well situated hotel with lots of charm. Tastefully decorated (if small) rooms, with comfortable beds. Friendly staff.”
