“Paid for deluxe double room only got a standard one when we asked were told they were all the same they weren’t tolet seat loose shower went hot and cold really small room had to put kettle on floor to boil not good at all staff nice though”
“The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The room we booked was the Captains Quarters with a lovely view over the sea. The bed was very comfortable. Nice touch having handmade chocolate waiting for us. We had dinner in the bar, big portions and tasty. Also had breakfast the following morning, again big and tasty. Overall a very good experience, would definitely go back.”
