“The hotel is very easy to get to from the airport via metro (straight from Heathrow to South Kensington) with a short walk from the metro station to the hotel. The staffs are great and helpful and the room was absolutely lovely. I stayed in a 4-poster bed room on the ground floor and the view was also pretty. Amazing English breakfast tea, my boyfriend and I enjoyed it very much. Had 2 glasses complimentary prosecco at the bar as our welcome drink (genius perks) and that was perfect. We had a great time.”
