“The service was outstanding, the bar and restaurant at the hotel is a 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend staying. Great views of Thredbo mountain. The owener was lovely, came and said goodbye and thanked us for staying which was great. Definitely staying again.”
“I liked the room although it could have had a microwave and does need an update. Great view and very cosy and nice comfortable bed that didn't sag. The television was not facing the bed which made it hard to see as the room was very small and only had 1 chair.”

“THIS PROPERTY IS IN A GREAT POSITION IN THREDBO . ALL THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY HAVE AN EXCELLENT RESTAURANT FOR DINNER, I THINK IT IS THE BEST FOOD IN THREDBO. HOWEVER THE ROOMS ARE VERY DATED AND THERE IS NO LIFT IN THE BUILDING . BREAKFAST FOOD WAS GOOD HOWEVER THEY NEED TO REFRESH THE FOOD REGULARY AS THE BUFFET IS CONTINUALLY RUN OUT OF THINGS .”
“The room was very dated, needs renovation urgently, very noisy "doof doof" music could be heard constantly on the first day. Then traffic noise outside window, people yelling and talking late at night on their way home. Hot water in shower ran out twice! Bathroom floor icy!!!! Fan not clean and whistles loudly when on. Overall not a good experience. Departed a day early.”
