“The room is very comfortable and quiet with a large bathroom that has a great shower! The hotel manager, Jenny, is so personable that by the time you leave, you feel like you've made a friend! You can tell that she REALLY likes her job and takes great pride in her work. The hotel restaurant, which is Italian, is very good ESPECIALLY being in a small Texas town. I was very pleasantly surprised, I have to say!”
“Hotel is beautiful and within walking distance of town square and restaurants and a very nice saloon (Tempelin Saloon). The manager, Jenny, made us feel extremely welcome and gave us lots of tips on local things to do and hotel amenities. We took our sisters advice and stayed in room 2 which was a large comfortable room with a king size bed and a great view of the square. The keruig coffee service in a central location was a nice touch and very good coffee as well. The bed was very comfortable and hotel very quiet even for being right across from the Come and Take It bar n grill. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful hotel for a getaway!!”

“I thought the hotel was very nice. Newly renovated and clean. It's located right in the center of town. Unfortunately, everything is closed on Sunday. It'a a cool little town. Definitely would go back.”
“My husband and his grown sons spent Saturday night and were all very impressed with the facilities. I should probably have reserved 2 rooms and the sons (60 year olds) had to sleep together. I assumed there was a sofa in the room. That's my fault. My husband loved it and the owners were so gracious to him it was a good treat”
