Phillip, Paul and Kate took every measure to make sure our stay was comfortable - from tea by the fire in the library, to complimentary champagne and an insanely good cooked breakfast, we were indulged at every opportunity. The personal touches, such as the individual breakfast menus and the gift of the hotel teddy bear, really elevated our stay. We also loved the decor of our room, particularly the free standing bath tub! We were blown away by the attention to detail and superb service offered to us, and can't wait to go back.”
