“The hot water in room didn't work so couldn't have a shower and we have to wait for someone to come fix it.really it was like any time someone was going to knock on the door and we have to make sure we were decent.it wasn't that relaxing as we had planned to be away from home kids,for one night,but everything else were perfect.the staffs were excellent, breakfast was super tasty and restaurant and room were very very clean and comfortable.i will go again and would recommend to anybody.keep it up guys.oh I had booked two rooms by mistake as I pressed on confirmation twice and I couldn't cancel one and there is no contact number to phone and the hotel couldn't cancel it as it needed to be via booking.com.i sent messages to them.j hope it's sorted.but wonderful stay I had.thank you.”
