- For bookings under non-refundable policy: Any cancellation, change in check-in, check-out dates or any other modifications to booking are non-negotiable and subjected to a non-refundable policy.<br><br>Life Spa Facility (including steam, sauna and massage) at the Empire Hotel Kowloon (Tsim Sha Tsui) is closed with immediate effect for maintenance until further notice.<br><br>For guests arriving before the Hotel official check-in time (14:00) and require ready rooms, Hotel recommends guest to book and pay one night ahead of his/her arrival day in order to guarantee his/her room be available upon arrival.<br><br>Please note that for non-refundable bookings, the total amount of room rate including service charge will be charged at the time of booking.<br><br>Please note that all cancellation, modification or no-show penalty are subject to service charge.<br><br>The swimming pool will be temporarily closed for an annual overhaul maintenance during 16 December 2017 to 28 February 2018 inclusive
